  • Ralph G. Adamo, Founder and President

    RALPH ADAMO

    FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

    Ralph Adamo began his career in the financial services industry in 1985, quickly recognizing that clients require broader services and a personalized plan to address their concerns and needs in today’s complex world. His clients soon realized that he had an inherent ability to go beyond the surface and understand the deeper emotional elements underlying financial issues and those clients referred their friends, family and colleagues to him. His portfolio of business grew steadily.

    From career inception and over the years Ralph prepared himself to address the increasingly complex array of financial services that comprise a truly comprehensive and far-reaching multi-generational wealth management program by acquiring his B.S. in Management from St. Joseph’s University and a Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) from The American College, which qualified him for the LUTC Advisory Board appointment at The American College. He is an investment advisor representative (IAR) and registered securities representative with FSC Securities Corporation.

  • LUCIAN IOJA

    FINANCIAL DESIGNER

    Lucian Ioja began his career in 1998 with the objective of helping individuals and families become and successful in their life. After more than a decade at his profession he can say it’s been a very rewarding experience. In working with clients, he strives to be the best in his profession.

    In addition to his direct client work, he serves as a national trainer for some of the industry’s best advisors. His mastery of Financial Design was recognized by LEAP Systems, Inc., where today Lucian is considered their Master National Trainer and Educator.

    Lucian is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in History. In his spare time Lucian enjoys playing golf, traveling and reading extensively.

  • RAY VALENCIA

    INVESTMENT & PLANNING ADVISOR

    Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in businessfrom the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at the California State University, Fullerton. Over the last 18 years, he has built a very well-rounded career emphasizing business, accounting, and finance.

    Ray has earned his Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Investment Advisor Representative) securities registrations. Ray also holds the California Department of Insurance licenses to serve in the capacity of a Life and Health Insurance Agent. Ray previously held the position of Director of Advisory Services and is well adept in investment research and relationship management. Today, Ray holds the position of Investment & Planning Advisor with Integrity Wealth Management.

    In his free time, Ray enjoys entertaining at home, traveling abroad, and volunteering his time to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. He encourages everyone to find small ways to give back every day.

  • Angela York, IWM Programs Director

    ANGELA YORK*

    IWM PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

    Integrity Wealth Management (IWM) has appointed Angela York to Programs Director. York spearheads corporate marketing, client events, and public relations for IWM.

    Angela has seventeen years of specialized marketing communications experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications, USC (University of Southern California). Angela resides in Costa Mesa with her husband and son.

  • Gwen Vo, Personal Assistant to the President

    PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT

    Gwen Vo, Personal Assistant to Ralph Adamo, is responsible for performing special projects and assisting our CEO and senior management in the organization of daily operations. In addition, Gwen handles scheduling and managing the firms calendar, coordinating conference calls and meetings, receiving visitors, handling information requests relating to meetings and events, providing assistance with marketing and company events, arranging travel itineraries, conducting research, preparing reports and correspondence.

    Gwens professional background prior to joining IWM was in Career/Educational Counseling. Throughout her career, she has counseled and interfaced with a diverse population of youths and adults who were seeking guidance in their pursuit toward higher education, career development and self-sufficiency. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and completed her graduate studies in the Educational Counseling Masters program at San Jose State University. Gwen has been volunteering at local churches since her teenage years, serving as a Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher and Director of Childrens Ministry. She enjoys reading, learning ballroom dancing and traveling.

  • Charles Antis

    Founder and CEO, Antis Roofing and Waterproofing

    Charles Antis, founder and CEO of Antis Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc., began his successful career in the roofing industry in 1984, after moving to Southern California from Provo, Utah where he attended Brigham Young University. Charles is a member of numerous roofing associations and business groups, including Vistage 390, which helps to advance the growth of other Orange County businesses by providing support and leadership for owners and executives. A proponent of multi-tenant housing ownership education, Charles has served for 20 years on the Education Committee of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), teaching maintenance responsibilities to board members and community managers. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Orange County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, and his company, Antis Roofing and Waterproofing, has donated every roof installation of every home built by Habitat OC since 2009. Charles is also involved with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), as a Business Leadership and Consumer Outreach committee member. Charles is a proponent and local thought leader of corporate social responsibility which follows the belief model of "doing well by doing good."

  • Kevin Callahan

    Barrier Plastics, Inc., BP Polymers, LLC

    Kevin Callahan is Vice President, Business Development of Barrier Plastics, Inc. and BP Polymers, LLC, two manufacturing concerns that produce innovative and sustainable packaging containers for both the industrial and consumer markets. Kevin has over 25 years of leadership experience in high growth environments while maintaining bottom line profitability in business-to-consumer and business-to-business corporations. He has senior executive experience in leading organizations through strategic planning, start-up, business development and operational execution.

    His career has spanned coast to coast as he began his career at Grainger working as the District Manager and later the Regional Manager of the $400 million NYC Region. Kevin then moved to Wisconsin where he worked in the Electronic Materials Division of AlliedSignal as Manager, Distribution. While at AlliedSignal he was recruited to work at WESCO in Pittsburgh as their Director, Marketing.

    During his tenure at WESCO, Kevin was recruited to work for Sears Product Repair Services in a number of roles beginning with Director, of Parts and finishing as VP/GM for Sears Parts, HVAC and Business Development. After his tour with Sears, Kevin was recruited to BrightNow Dental, Inc. in Southern California where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

  • Philip C. Diorio, MD

    Physician and Entrepreneur

    Philip C. Diorio, MD, is a physician and an entrepreneur. He practiced pediatric ophthalmology in Torrance, California from 1968 to 2003, holding prestigious positions such as Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus at LAC/USC Medical Center, 1969-1975, and Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology Fellowship LAC/USC Medical Center, 1973-1975. He also owned Sea & Shore Travel 1980-2000 and was president of Charter Memories, Inc. and Dream Cruises, Inc., yacht charter companies eventually sold to Hornblower Development Corp. in 2004. He joined the board of South Bay Bank in 1988, continued in that position following its sale to National Mercantile Bank and, following a 2004 merger, remained as a board of directors member of the combined entity, First California Bank until its sale in 2013. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Granville Homeowners Association from 2012 to 2016.

  • Veronica M. Gray, ESQ

    Partner, Nossaman LLP

    Veronica M. Gray is a partner at the law firm Nossaman LLP, where she is Chair of the Employment Practice Group. She is an accomplished trial attorney, strategist and negotiator who leverages her more than three decades of experience to deliver effective, creative results and solutions. As a representative sampling of legal experience, she has successfully represented employers in defending wage and hour class actions, Department of Labor audits, and actions for wrongful termination, violation of public policy, sexual harassment, discrimination, unfair competition and trade secret litigation. Her professional affiliations have included positions on the Litigation Section of the California State Bar, President of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association, Chair of the California State Bar Public Affairs Committee, and Board of Directors, Orange County Bar Association.

    Her community activities have included volunteering on the Board of Advisors for the Fistula Foundation, Board of Directors of the Girls Scouts of Orange County, Orange County Museum of Art, International Forum of Corporate Directors, and Legal Aid Society of Orange County and Board of Trustees, South Coast Repertory. Veronica Gray graduated magna cum laude (Phi Beta Kappa) with a BA from State University of New York, Buffalo, with an MA from Syracuse University and JD, with honors, from Pepperdine University School of Law.

  • Simon Pearlman

    Retired Partner, Ernst & Young

    Simon Pearlman is a retired partner of global accountancy firm Ernst & Young, and later on, founder of his own successful CPA firm which he sold in 2001. He has lectured on accountancy since 1996 at California State University, Long Beach, and is on the Accounting Advisory Committees at Golden West and Cypress Colleges. Sy is active in the community serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the JCC, Board Member of the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County (JCFOC), as well as serving on the Finance and Investment Committees of the JCFOC. He is also an active member of ArchAngels, an angel network providing startup funding for high potential companies.

  • Leason F. Pomeroy III, FAIA

    Architect and Entrepreneur

    Leason F. Pomeroy III, FAIA, is an architect and an entrepreneur. After graduating from Arizona State University with a fine arts degree, he obtained a graduate degree in Architecture from University of Southern California and started his own architectural firm in 1961, Leason Pomeroy Associates, Inc. Under his leadership the firm became the largest multi-discipline design firm in the county, earning more than 300 major design awards, including national recognition for the prestigious "Outstanding Design Firm in California" award presented by the American Institute of Architects. Notable Orange County design projects include John Wayne Airport and Sage Hill School. Following the company’s sale to its employees in 1999, Leason founded LP3 Architecture to pursue his passion for outstanding design as expressed in private residences and specialized projects for discerning clients such as author Dean Koontz and many others along the Orange County coast and foothills and in Mexico.

  • Steve Salek

    Founder, Luna Sciences Corporation

    Steve Salek is an entrepreneur and the founder of multiple enterprises in Southern California. His entrepreneurial spirit and a B.A. degree from University of Redlands in Business and Marketing have combined to enable Steve to develop businesses in the fields of telecommunications, wireless, fiber deployment, real estate and LED light fixture manufacturing.

    As the founder of Luna Sciences Corporation, Steve has developed a unique diffusion technology that has expanded the light disbursement capabilities of the LED light engines for many commercial and residential lighting applications. Luna Sciences has a manufacturing facility in Irvine, California, and a technology and contract manufacturing facility in Gyonggi-Do, S. Korea. Offering state of the art LED illumination through its global partner [WESCO Distribution Inc.], Luna Sciences Corporation is fast becoming a leading provider of commercial and industrial LED light fixtures in North America.     PARTNER

    Since founding Architects Orange in 1974, Jack Selman has led the company's development through steady growth into its current position as one of Orange County's leading architectural firms with over 250 professionals today. Mr. Selman leads Architects Orange as CEO and Director of Retail, Commercial and Mixed-Use Studios providing design direction for major retail, residential and mixed-use projects. Mr. Selman takes great pride in overseeing the evolution of Architects Orange's world-class design capabilities.

  • David Vednor

    ENTREPRENEUR

    David Vednor was the founder and president of Macrolink, a designer and manufacturer of ruggedized computer, communications and secured data storage systems for military and industrial markets, located in Anaheim. As a company founder, Mr. Vednor filled various roles at Macrolink including product design, sales & marketing. In recent years, he transitioned from direct product involvement and was responsible for new product direction, in addition to Macrolink’s technology infrastructure including both hardware and software. Macrolink was sold in late 2011 to B/E Aerospace, a public company with 2012 sales of US $2.9B. David left the company in 2012.

    Mr. Vednor received his engineering education at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, and held product development and program positions in aerospace and computer graphics firms prior to starting Macrolink in 1978. David holds a DoD security clearance. He resides in Orange County with his wife and has two children in college.
